Anderson of Sierra Realty Corp. leases 1,100 s/f to Musmanno of The Musmanno Group at 229 East 60th

Sierra Realty Corp.'s agent Jeffrey Anderson, has leased 229 East 60th St. to public relations expert Elizabeth Musmanno. Anderson and senior managing director Barry Sanet represented both landlord, Marianne Johnson Gill, and tenant in the transaction. Tenant and public relations maven to top couturiers, Christian Dior and Vera Wang, Elizabeth Musmanno of The Musmanno Group took 1,100 s/f in the five-story, mixed-use building also houses antique dealer John Salibello Antiques. "With its stylish clientele, Elizabeth Musmanno, CEO of the Musmanno Group, a luxury public relations and marketing firm has chosen the right location for her Manhattan headquarters in this tony Upper East Side neighborhood," said Anderson. "In fact, you might call it a 'perfect fit.'" Founded in 1953, Sierra Realty Corp. provides commercial and multi-family property management services, office and store leasing, advisory services to building owners and tenants, real estate consulting services and investment advice for its own accounts. The firm currently manages 50 buildings, comprising 2,000 residential units and approximately 600,000 square feet of office and retail space in New York City.
