In a deal valued at $111.25 million, Joe Rosales and Robert Ancona of Lee Odell Real Estate Inc. have closed on a the sale of 2148 Broadway and 208-210 West 76th St. to 2148 Broadway Holdings LLC and 210 west 76th Continental LLC.
The two adjacent garages will become a 24-story mixed-use tower with 300,000 s/f of commercial/residential space with an underground garage.
While Rosales procured the buyer, Ancona, with assistance from Cushman and Wakefield, represented 2148 Broadway and its ownership, the Rebak Family. Rosales and Ancona represented Downtown Assoc. Susan Koff on the sale of 208-210 West 76th St.
