Levy of Adams & Co. rep. tenant and landlord in 23,050 s/f lease renewal
Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10-year, 23,050 s/f renewal at 48 W. 37th St. for ASI System Integration Inc., a technology company. The company occupies the third and fourth floor of the building, which will remain the company's N.Y. headquarters.
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord.
