Oestreicher Const. completes 11,000 s/f renovation

Manhattan, NY According to Brian Donovan, vice president with Oestreicher Construction Corporation (Oestreicher), the company has completed a large-scale renovation for Benenson Capital Partners, LLC (Benenson), at 708 Third Ave.in midtown Manhattan. Spanning 11,000 s/f over the 27th, 28th and 29th floors, the two-phase gut renovation was managed by Oestreicher, providing construction management and general contracting services for the corporation.

The space was completely renovated including mechanical, electrical and telecommunications upgrades as well as some unique architectural additions to serve as the client's base of operations in the New York City area.
