Zimmel of Zimmel Associates handles two sales totaling $8 million

David Zimmel, president, Zimmel Associates has brokered two sales totaling $8 million. Valued in excess of $4 million, Zimmel sold 1600 Saint Georges Ave. to investor Matthew Cholankeril. The 33,000 s/f office building has the distinction of being the first building ever constructed for developer Steven Denholtz, president, Denholtz Associates, in the early 1980s. Zimmel sold the land to Denholtz in 1981. Zimmel also sold 145 Wyckoff Rd., a class A office building in Eatontown, to Osteocare, LLC. Zimmel was awarded the exclusive by the seller, Sitt Asset Management of Manhattan, and represented both the buyer and seller. The sale was valued at $4 million.
