Drummond and Meril of Colliers sign four leases consisting of 34,904 s/f

The N.J. office of Colliers International has completed four leases totaling 34,904 s/f at 99 - 119 Cherry Hill Rd. on behalf of landlord Normandy Real Estate Partners. The Colliers team of Jamie Drummond and Leslie Meril represented Normandy on all four deals: * Bayada Nurses expanded its space by 5,724 s/f, increasing its footprint to 18,756 s/f, and extended the lease. David Simon of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant. * Weinberger Law Group signed a 5,800 s/f lease. Yami Cocchio of Weichert Commercial represented the tenant. * Axiom Health Communications expanded its space by 5,700 s/f, increasing its footprint to 7,848 s/f. The tenant was represented internally. * Entegee Inc. extended its 2,500 s/f lease. The tenant was represented internally.
