Zere Real Estate Services leases 20,400 s/f Bay Shore Medical Ctr.

Zere Real Estate Services represented a 20,400 SF new construction medical building called the Bay Shore Medical Center located at 53 Brentwood Road, Bay Shore, Suffolk County, New York. "The medical site is a homerun, there was a tremendous void in quality commercial medical space being offered today along this medical corridor so close to the Southside LIJ Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospitals. Customizing new medical office layouts was a tremendous bonus for tenants trying to incorporate new advanced medical technologies and acute treatment care," said Michelle Marie Zere, executive vice president, Zere Real Estate Services The building is complete with a roster of new medical tenants with ten year lease minimums. The new tenants are as follows: Ultra Health Physical Therapy, Dr. John Saugy, MD Orthopedic Medicine, Dr. Thomas Carrao DMD, Dental Office, Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America took 10,200 SF and was brought in by Ralph Benzakein of CRESA Partners Group. Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services' relationship with the building owners is well established and has handled numerous commercial and retail properties for them over the years. He had this to say about the new development site, "The close proximity to transportation arteries such as Montauk Highway and Sunrise Highway along with a public transportation bus stop located outside of the building is an asset for medical patients of all economic backgrounds to have access to quality healthcare on the South Shore of Long Island."
