Friedman of Pliskin Realty & Development brokers $1.4 million sale at 146 Post Ave.

Mitchell Friedman, vice president of investment sales at Pliskin Realty & Development, recently brokered the $1.4 million sale of a mixed-use building. The two-story building is located at 146 Post Ave. The building is slated for a major renovation. Friedman represented the buyer and the seller, both of whom are private investors. In 2008, the Village of Westbury selected Pliskin Realty & Development to serve as its marketing consulting and brokerage firm for the revitalization of its Downtown Post Ave. district. At the time, Pliskin was charged with securing top notch tenants for the Village of Westbury and advancing its goal to return the area to the strolling vista and shopping haven it was once some 25 years ago. Since that time, Pliskin has secured several significant lease and sales transactions including the sales of other mixed-used buildings such as this one at 146 Post Ave. Pliskin Realty & Development is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in retail development, management, leasing and brokerage services, as well as commercial and multi-family residential investments and management. www.pliskinrealty.com.
