Zere of Zere Real Estate Services reps seller in $1.1 million sale of 15,000 s/f Bohemia industrial property

Zere Real Estate Services has completed the sale of a 15,000 s/f industrial warehouse mult- tenant building located at 217 Knickerbocker Ave. The property sold for $1.1 million. "There was tremendous interest in this commercial property from the get go. It is rare in today's competitive market to find a15,000 s/f building for sale especially a multi-tenanted industrial property with a partial vacancy for the new ownership to occupy," said Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services. Zere exclusively represented the seller, Campus Family 2000 Trust. Jason Miller of Colliers represented the buyer, Security Dynamics Inc.
