Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services leases 5,500 s/f office

David Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. has arranged a 5,500 s/f office lease to Macrolease Corp. at 185 Express St. for its corporate headquarters. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. Macrolease Corp., a subsidiary of Bank of Rhode Island, has been operating since 1969 as a full-service national equipment leasing company that specializes in a variety of markets. Macrolease is widely known for its ability to provide customized and specialty leasing programs for its clients. Bank Rhode Island is wholly owned by Brookline Bancorp, Inc., a multi-bank holding company for Brookline Bank, First Ipswich Bank, and Bank Rhode Island and their subsidiaries.
