Zere of Zere Real Estate Services closes 55,900 s/f Long Island in deals during the second quarter

Ronkonkoma, NY Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services, has closed on 55,900 s/f of deals in the second quarter of this year.

“The lack of commercial real estate product to service the increasing demand of customers is very frustrating not only for the broker but to the businesses that cannot operate or function with no place to operate their companies,” said Zere.  

Zere closed the following industrial deals totaling 26,500 s/f: 2,500 s/f New York Fan Coil Inc., Bohemia; 2,500 s/f Midwest Ink Co., Holbrook; 2,500 s/f sale of Pitella Metal Works, Ronkonkoma; 3,000 s/f Nycon Diamond & Tool, Bohemia; 3,000 s/f Solid Surface Inc., Bohemia; 5,000 s/f Nutra Group, LLC, Bohemia; and 8,000 s/f Kee Holdings Inc., 126 Remington Blvd., Ronkonkoma.
