Zere of Zere Real Estate Services brokers $1.3 million sale; Seller is Hartford Funding; Buyer is Clubhouse Collective

Ronkonkoma, NY Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services, has completed a $1.3 million sale in Suffolk County. Clubhouse Collective Inc. purchased 2040 Ocean Ave. from Hartford Funding.

Zere exclusively represented the the buyer and seller.

“This building was perfect for my customer, that deals with veterans issues related to mental health, housing and jobs. They had several divisions in different locations that I have leased to them over the years throughout Suffolk County. Putting all of these different operations under one roof was a natural win-win,” he said.
