2014 proved to be an active year in commercial leasing for Michael Zere, executive VP of Zere Real Estate Services. "Most customers are small businesses looking to survive in this tough market in Suffolk County. Lease sizes are smaller and the terms not as long. Customers want flexibility," he said.
