Zere of Zere Real Estate brokers $665,000 condo sale

Michelle Marie Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services recently closed on the sale a one-story, 3,800 s/f commercial office condo unit off of the LIE Exit 57 Service Rd. at the Corporate Plaza Office Complex. The transaction that took place was a short sale for the purchase price of $665,000 from the original purchase price of $810,000. Zere needed to help the sellers that owned the property to act swiftly. She called in the expertise of attorney Andrew Pressberg, Esq. to deal with the complex situation. She said, " This office condo has an exceptional interior space with a high window ratio and a fabulous business environment layout. The new owners made out very well for themselves. It is zoned Business 1 Professional/Medical Use in the Village of Islandia." Zere represented the seller exclusively and the buyer.
