Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of an East Harlem Development site. This sale was brokered by Shay Zach associate broker on behalf of a private owner. This property is located at 51 & 53 East 128th Street, between Park and Madison Aves. Consisting of two contiguous vacant lots, the property totals 13,000 s/f. Selling for $1.4 million, this sale was priced right for both seller and buyer and represented an excellent value for the amount of s/f acquired. This property has great growth potential and possible development plans are in sight for condominium or rental property.
