Zach and Edelkopf of EPIC secure $1.25 million sale of 1266 Pacific Street

Brooklyn, NY EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of a development site located at 1266 Pacific St. in Crown Heights. The site, situated between New York and Nostrand Aves., contains a vacant lot with 8,583 s/f of development rights. The property is located two blocks from the Nostrand Ave. LIRR train station. “The buyer has filed applications for a four-story, ten-unit residential building. The location is great and it attracts the young and professional. The deal was on the market for less than 48 hours before our buyer and seller agreed on terms and shook hands,” said Shay Zach, senior associate broker at EPIC. Crown Heights is located in the central portion of Brooklyn. It is neighbored by Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Brownsville. The neighborhood is growing in popularity rather quickly with the increase of new developments, and shows to be a promising area in the near future. Zach and Yona Edelkopf, CEO at EPIC, were responsible for the sale of this deal for $1.25 million.
