We built and leased the first HomeSense–a TJX Company–in New York.

What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business?
We decided to continue being aggressive and we made some acquisitions in 2018.

What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019?
I believe e commerce will have a greater impact on retail but overall retail sales will increase.

Do you have any New Year’s Resolution(s)?
I hope people would treat each other better so the world can become a better place for future generations.
