Yardi Voyager to manage Milestone Mgmt.'s communities
According to Yardi Systems, a leader in developing real estate software for investment, asset and property management, Dallas-based Milestone Management LP, one of the largest privately owned residential property management and investment companies in the U.S., has selected Yardi Voyager to manage its multifamily communities across the country.
The Yardi Voyager residential property and financial management suite will deliver operational efficiencies by integrating several of Milestone's core business operations, including resident management, inventory management, accounts receivable, budgeting and forecasting, business intelligence and applicant screening, into a single-point-of-entry, centralized data model.
