Eli Yaghoubi, a senior associate at City Prime Realty, represented the seller along with real estate buyer Nathan Blatter of Whitestone Realty, in the $13.4 million sale of 89-07 34th Ave. The six-story, 90,000 s/f elevator apartment building contains 132 apartments and has 200' of frontage spanning a complete block from 89th St. to 90th St.
Yaghoubi said, "The buyer recieved a building with below market rents at a below market price w/great seller financing this represents the new wave of completing real estate deals."
