The landlord is Churchill Real Estate.

Hounds Town signed for 1,500 s/f on the ground and 3,000 s/f in the selling basement. It is slated to open in Q4 2021 or Q1 2022. This is the first Brooklyn location for the canine care franchise.

“Hounds Town coming to Dumbo is definitely the right place and right time,” said David Yablon, Director, Katz & Associates. “The area is booming with development. It also has a very high per capita number of dogs owned which has ballooned further during COVID. With many pandemic pups purchased and people looking for canine care and services at fair prices, Hounds Town will be a great asset.”
