WSP Flack + Kurtz promotes Muscarella to senior vice president

WSP Flack + Kurtz, the international engineering firm, has promoted Frank Muscarella, LEED AP, PE, to senior vice president, according to David Cooper, PE, LEED AP BD+C, the firm's president and chief executive officer. Muscarella, who is also the assistant department head for WSP Flack + Kurtz's New York HVAC practice, previously served as vice president. He has more than 17 years of experience, all with WSP Flack +Kurtz, in the design of mechanical systems for a wide range of project types. Throughout his tenure, Muscarella, has worked on many projects, including the Goldman Sachs headquarters, the New York Times Headquarters, and Cornell University's Bailey Hall. "We hired Frank in 1994, just after he graduated," said Cooper. "17 years later, we're still congratulating ourselves on this hire. He has made outstanding contributions to WSP Flack + Kurtz, and we hope he'll stay with us for at least another 17 years." Muscarella received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
