The building that was once home to Pizza Hut for the past 30 years has been sold. The building, totaling 1,800 s/f on .40 acres, is located at 1400 Niagara Falls Blvd. and was owned by &ZZ Holdings of Western NY. According to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's office, Lin Capital Group, LLC acquired the building for $425,000.
Lin Capital Group, LLC has plans to do renovations and turn the property into a Chinese / Vietnamese style restaurant.
The property sale was brokered by Leah Wrate and Clarke Thrasher of HUNT Commercial Real Estate.
