According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president, Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Linda Wong arranged a 90,000 s/f lease for ZCY Trading Corp. at 1717 Troutman St. in the Ridgewood neighborhood.
Wong represented both the owner, Gladiator Realty Corp., and the tenant, ZCY Trading. The lease is comprised of 75,000 s/f of warehouse space and a 15,000 s/f parking lot and loading dock area as part of the larger 320,000 s/f property. The warehouse features 12-ft. ceiling heights, a sprinkler system throughout, and is situated near to major thoroughfares Flushing Ave. and Metropolitan Aves.
ZCY Trading plans to renovate the warehouse to accommodate offices, additional loading docks and a wholesale retail showroom.
