Winoker Realty negotiates four Manhattan leases totaling 19,489 s/f

Winoker Realty has completed the following deals: Winoker represented Victoria Hagan Inc. in a ten-year, 11,500 s/f lease for the 19th floor at 1790 Broadway. Winoker's Corey Abdo, executive VP, and Brandon Price, associate, represented the tenant. Jeff Rosenblatt of Gubb & Ellis represented the owner, 1790 Broadway Associates. Winoker brokered a lease with CoBe Capital to relocate to 708 Third Ave. The firm signed a five-year lease for 1,575 /sf on the 31st floor. Winoker senior managing director, Bill Berkis, represented CoBe Cap. and Sloane Rhulen of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, Clemens Properties Partnership. Winoker also negotiated two new leases for more than 3,800 s/f of space at 276 Fifth Ave., the Holland Building. Hulu.com took 2,110 s/f on the fourth floor for three years. Meet the Famous, Inc. leased 1,748 s/f on the 10th floor, also for three years. Elliot Klein, senior vice president at Winoker, represented the owner, 276 Managers LLC for both deals. Hulu.com was represented by Eric Thomas of The Staubach Co. Meet the Famous, Inc., was represented by Brian Neugeboren, director at The Hunter Realty Organization, LLC. Winoker brokered a third new, lease at the Holland Building, 276 Fifth Ave.  Atlantic Sea Island Group, LLC will take 2,614 s/f on the seventh floor for three years at $45 per s/f. Klein represented the building owner 276 Fifth Management Co. and Tatiana Terassenko of Studley, Inc. represented the tenant.
