Winoker Realty acquires Miller & Partners
Miller & Partners Ltd., a leading tenant rep firm, has been acquired by Winoker Realty Company, Inc, a New York City-based full-service commercial real estate firm.
Marc Miller of Miller & Partners Ltd. has spent the past 25 years representing tenants as broker and advisor. Miller will serve as executive vice president at Winoker Realty. In this new role, he will continue to assist former clients while expanding the firm's existing network of clients. He also will help recruit new talent into the company.
"Winoker Realty is on a growth track and landing business in virtually every submarket of Manhattan," said David Winoker, the firm's president.
