Besen & Assoc. named exclusive broker for four Brooklyn properties
Besen & Associates has been appointed the exclusive broker to market the sale of four Brooklyn multifamily properties. Brooklyn Prospect portfolio consisting of 720 St. Marks Ave., 990 President Ave., 40 East 17th St. along with another exclusive at 1280 Dean St. The Brooklyn Prospect portfolio includes 156 apartments and 175,504 s/f, while 1280 Dean St. consists of 32 apartments and 35,100 s/f. The properties can be bought individually or as a package.
