Williams joins LCOR as senior vice president of capital markets

New York, NY LCOR, a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and management firm, specializing in ground-up core urban development and property management services announced that Tolliver Williams has joined the firm as senior vice president of capital markets.

In the newly created role, Williams will be tasked with sourcing equity capital for the firm, with an enhanced focus on expanding LCOR’s institutional limited partner relationships and creating new investment offerings to facilitate LCOR’s growth. 

“As a proven leader with a vast array of experience within the real estate investment and capital markets spheres, we’re proud to welcome Tolliver Williams to our growing team,” said Anthony Barsanti, CEO of LCOR. “Tolliver’s background and depth of knowledge will help to further bolster LCOR’s positioning as a leading developer and investment manager in the New York City, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions."

Williams is joining LCOR from Lendlease, where he spent the last six years as the company’s head of equity capital markets, Americas. There, Williams led and directed the equity capital raising activities for Lendlease’s U.S. activities, establishing, and managing relationships with Lendlease’s key investment management clients. Prior to Lendlease, Williams served as a director at Tishman Speyer from 2012 to 2015 where he was tasked with raising equity capital for the firm’s closed-ended fund series, along with joint ventures and separate account investments. Additionally, Williams served as vice president at Morgan Stanley where he executed M&A and capital raising engagements on behalf of U.S. real estate clients.

Williams holds a B.A. in Accounting from Oglethorpe University and a Master of Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.
