Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp., brokered the sale of Skylands at Van Cleef Lake for $501,000. The 34,462 s/f former hospital, converted to apartments and offices spaces, is located at 2 Fall St. The property is expected to undergo extensive remodeling under the new ownership.
The seller was Skylands of Seneca Falls, Inc. and the buyer was Skylands of Van Cleef Lake, LLC.
