Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp. (www.hemisphereholdings.com), brokered the sale of 800 Fourth St. for $1.1 million. The 97,287 s/f suburban school was acquired by a Thailand-based group, with plans to build out dormitory space to house Asian students, and offer courses in math, sciences, and Asian culture programs to foreign as well as local children.
