Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp. (www.hemisphereholdings.com), brokered the sale of 800 Fourth St. for $1.1 million. The 97,287 s/f suburban school was acquired by a Thailand-based group, with plans to build out dormitory space to house Asian students, and offer courses in math, sciences, and Asian culture programs to foreign as well as local children. The seller was the Liverpool Community Church.
