Wilcox and Raymond arrange $23 million in financing for industrial property

Secaucus, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. it has arranged $23 million in permanent financing for an industrial property. The loan was arranged by president & founder Gretchen Wilcox and principal Al Raymond through a correspondent life insurance company of the firm’s and featured an attractive five-year fixed rate.

The subject property is a fully leased, one-story warehouse encompassing 200,000 s/f of combined warehouse and office space. The facility features 19 loading docks and one drive-in door.
