Wierzbicki of Pliskin Realty arranges 1,100 s/f restaurant lease to Energy Fuel; Island Associates reps landlord

According to Pliskin Realty & Development, sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 15-year lease for Energy Fuel Restaurant, one of the N.Y. metropolitan area's fastest-growing healthy grill, smoothies and juice eatery. The lease is for a 1,100 s/f café location in an existing shopping center located at 369 Little East Neck Rd. Wierzbicki represented Energy Fuel and Island Associates represented the shopping center owner, a private investor. At Pliskin, Wierzbicki concentrates on property sales and leasing assignments, representing property owners, tenants, and investors. He brings to the role diverse real estate and related financial experience and extensive sales, marketing and strategic planning skills. He holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Nassau Community College (Garden City). His higher education also includes Business Management studies at Farmingdale State University.
