Ashlind Properties completes $725,000 sale

Richard Cohen and Ashley Cohen of Ashlind Properties sold 425 Oak St. for $725,000. The 6,925 s/f facility with retail potential was purchased by investor, D'Agostino Holdings Co. The facility is a rare commodity in an area saturated with larger facilities. After three years of being on the market with other real estate firms, Ashlind Properties was able to consummate a deal in less than six months.
