What are some of your personal challenges?
The commercial real estate business brings challenges on an everyday basis, and most of them are outside the scope of a broker's control. My personal challenge(s) is twofold:
1.) The ability to acquire knowledge which is of utmost importance in this industry. Through experience, awareness, and the desire to learn, you obtain facts and information on an ongoing basis. However, there are only a handful of formal courses to enhance the commercial broker's career abilities. I believe this area should be expanded as it is for other professional careers; and
2.) Simply put, children. We are in the age of the supermom, and I am guilty as charged. I do think woman can be quite amazing in our quest for satisfaction in all areas of our lives.
