Westchester Disabled on the Move leases at Simone’s One Executive Blvd.

North Yonkers, NY Simone Development Companies said that Westchester Disabled on the Move has leased 4,304 s/f at One Executive Blvd.

Westchester Disabled on the Move was represented by Craig Ruoff of Colliers. Simone Development Companies was represented by Matt Lisk, Tara Long, and Kevin McCarthy of Cushman & Wakefield, alongside Simone’s in-house leasing and legal teams.

Westchester Disabled on the Move helps people with disabilities, the elderly, and low-income families live independent lives by providing them with access to healthcare, housing and other assistance through social programs.
