Welch of Passero named AIA Rochester’s Emerging Architect of the Year

Rochester, NY Dustin Welch, AIA, Passero Associates project architect, has been named American Institute of Architects (AIA) Rochester’s Emerging Architect of the Year. This award honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to the architecture profession early in their careers. Welch received the award at the annual AIA Rochester meeting. In addition to his many contributions here at Passero, Welch is vice president of ACE Rochester, and is a member of the AIA Rochester board of directors. He is a seasoned professional and has been involved in a wide variety of residential, institutional and commercial projects. He holds a master of Architecture degree from the University at Buffalo and has work experience in 2D and 3D Revit modeling and BIM management including existing conditions, design development, and construction documents.
