Weiss of T. Weiss Realty leases 3,800 s/f

Lincoln Land Services LLC, a title insurance and escrow service provider, leased 3,800 s/f of office space at T. Weiss Realty Corp.'s Melville Corporate Center III, bringing occupancy at the building to 95%. Lincoln Land, which relocated from Rockville Centre to MCC III, also known as 324 S. Service Rd., serves both commercial and residential clients with title insurance, settlement, escrow and 1031 exchange services on transactions both nationally and internationally. Craig Weiss, managing director of T. Weiss Realty arranged the lease directly with Lincoln Land.
