Beyer Graphics, a commercial printer, has purchased the 18,275 s/f industrial building at 50 Austin Blvd. from 119 Atlantic Realty Corp. for $1.7 million. The property is situated on 1 acre in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. Beyer has plans to use the property for additional manufacturing and warehousing. Beyer's Headquarters are located down the road at 30 Austin Blvd. Alberto Fiorini, managing principal, of Deer Park-based Alliance Real Estate Corp. brokered the deal for the Purchaser, Beyer Graphics and the seller 119 Atlantic Realty Corp. Alliance Real Estate Corp. handles all the facets of Industrial and Commercial real estate sales and leasing in Suffolk and Nassau counties.
