Weiss of T. Weiss leases 3,911 s/f to Cellino & Barnes

Cellino & Barnes, P.C., a Buffalo-based personal injury law firm, has opened a second Long Island office in T. Weiss Realty Corp.'s Broadhollow Corporate Center. The law firm leased 3,911 s/f at 532 Broadhollow Rd., which it occupied on June 1. The firm will keep its office in Garden City. Harris Rousso of Real Estate Strategies, Ltd., who represented Cellino & Barnes, said the space was attractive to the law firm because it was pre-built with spacious windowed offices and was easily accessible for the firm's clients and staff. Craig Weiss, managing director of T. Weiss, represented the landlord in-house. "We are pleased that a firm as well-known as Cellino & Barnes has chosen our Broadhollow Corporate Center for its Suffolk County presence," said Ted Weiss, founder and chief executive of T. Weiss Realty. "This clearly demonstrates the value of our well-located, amenity rich building."
