Mojo Stumer designs Community National Bank's new 8,236 s/f corporate headquarters in the Rubies Building

Community National Bank's (CNB) new corporate headquarters, designed by Mojo Stumer, is located in the MSA-designed Rubies Building. The Rubies Building also currently houses a Mojo Stumer-designed CNB branch on the first floor. This bank was designed and equipped with teller stations, offices, workstations, a conference room and a drive-thru. The new location for the bank's headquarters was fitting. It is a 8,236 s/f corner space on the third floor. The program consists of a large open office workstation, 11 offices, three executive offices, three conference rooms, and a board room that seats 14. CNB desired a well-designed, contemporary, corporate yet functional and welcoming space. The design meets this contemporary aesthetic with stones and ribbon striped mahogany accents. Even with the division between the executives and the workforce, the entire space functions as one. Designing a contemporary headquarters requires a skill of fusing corporate and comfort. Mojo Stumer delivered a balanced, cohesive corporate environment for the CNB corporate headquarters.
