Waterman and Frantz of NKF and Kritzer of Millennium lease 17,000 s/f

Fashion firm Central Mills, Inc., doing business as Freeze, has leased 17,000 s/f on the 16th floor of W&H Properties' 1400 Broadway, according to Brian Waterman, executive VP and principal of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), the building's managing and leasing agent. Freeze will relocate from 1407 Broadway in the fourth quarter of this year. The transaction follows Ellen Tracy's lease of the 32nd and 33rd floors of the building. "More and more top fashion firms are coming here, thanks to our $81 million upgrade program and growing industry recognition of the premier working environment for the modern fashion and apparel tenant," said Waterman. Marc Kritzer of Millennium Realty represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Waterman and Michael Frantz of NKF represented the landlord. Freeze is a full-service apparel company that sells, manufactures and distributes licensed, non-licensed and private label sportswear.
