Warren of Kaufman reps tenant in 4,500 s/f lease at 6 West 18th St.

The Kaufman Organization brokered a three-year, 4,500 s/f lease of office space at 6 West 18th St. for Tablet Hotels. Elliot Warren of Kaufman represented the tenant while Yitzhak Loria of Yitzhak Loria Management represented the landlord. This is the second occasion that Elliot Warren has assisted Tablet Hotels in finding new office space, each time the company doubled in size. "We were able to find Tablet Hotels a space within its current location in Union Sq., which was priority number one," said Warren. "This loft space gives the company a full-floor presence in the building that still allows room for growth." Tablet Hotels specializes in selecting and highlighting boutique hotels around the globe. Tablet chooses hotels with the highest quality and the best amenities to feature and promote through its website. Tablet Hotels will be using the entire floor of space for its new offices. 6 West 18th St. was built in 1910 by architects Schwartz & Gross. This classic building stands 12 stories high and is located in the Flatiron district. Tenants include Andrea Stuart Ltd, CR Studio Architects and Blackwood Productions Inc. Retail tenants include Chef & Company The Kaufman Organization, with over 85 years experience and 6.9 million s/f of owned or managed space, has long been considered one of the most prominent and well-respected real estate companies in the New York metropolitan area. The company offers a fully integrated spectrum of leasing and management services to diverse owners and tenants and is continually looking to build its portfolio through property acquisitions.
