Efrati of Itzhaki Properties reps both buyer and seller $1.8 million sale
Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of 3154 Steinway St. The property is a two-story commercial building measuring 16'x 90' with one tenant, an AT&T franchisee that has been a tenant since 2003 and has recently exercised a five-year option in their lease.
The property abuts an abundance of national tenants. The purchase price of $1.8 million represents a 7.8% capitalization rate.
Both the seller and the buyer were represented by Ami Efrati, an investment sales associate from Itzhaki Properties.
