Walser of Island Associates brokers $1.2 million sale

John Walser of Island Associates (IA) represented the buyer and seller in selling a former KFC building located at 498 East Main St. for $1.2 million. The buyer's use is yet to be determined. The size of the building is 2,136 s/f on 1/2 acre. The buyer is a developer of fast food franchise with over 50 locations that IA represents on Long Island. IA, a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, provides a full range of services for institutions, investors, developers, retailers and owners of commercial, retail and multifamily properties.
