Pantaenius America Ltd. has leased 1,862 s/f on the third floor of 500 Mamaroneck Ave. for its headquarters, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building. The tenant will take immediate occupancy for a term of five years. Newman and senior leasing associate Kim Zaccagnino represented the landlord. Alan Zuckerman of Goodard Development Partners and Rick Rakow of Rakow Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Tags:
