Pantaenius America Ltd. has leased 1,862 s/f on the third floor of 500 Mamaroneck Ave. for its headquarters, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building. The tenant will take immediate occupancy for a term of five years. Newman and senior leasing associate Kim Zaccagnino represented the landlord. Alan Zuckerman of Goodard Development Partners and Rick Rakow of Rakow Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
