Von Der Ahe, Edelstein, Glasser and Moskowitz of Marcus & Millichap arrange $2.92 million apartment sale

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 20-unit apartment property located in the Marble Hill, according to J.D. Parker, regional manager of the firm's Manhattan office. The asset sold for $2.92 million. Peter Von Der Ahe, Scott Edelstein, Seth Glasser, and Rafi Moskowitz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was also secured and represented by Von Der Ahe, Edelstein, Glasser and Moskowitz. "The buyer was a first time purchaser in the neighborhood who was attracted to the cash flow that the deal offered" said Glasser. Von Der Ahe said, "This is a unique asset in this submarket which led to a bidding war between two parties." 26 Fort Charles Place is located in Marble Hill, which lies on the Manhattan- Bronx cusp of NYC.
