According to J.D. Parker, VP and regional manager of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Manhattan office, the firm has arranged the sale of 21 Broadway Terrace, a 17-unit apartment property. The asset commanded a sales price of $1.75 million.
Peter Von Der Ahe, first VP investoffice, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Von Der Ahe, Edelstein and Glasser.
