Von Der Ahe, edelstein, and glasser secure sale Marcus and Millichap sells a 17-unit apartment building for $1.75 million

According to J.D. Parker, VP and regional manager of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Manhattan office, the firm has arranged the sale of 21 Broadway Terrace, a 17-unit apartment property. The asset commanded a sales price of $1.75 million. Peter Von Der Ahe, first VP investoffice, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Von Der Ahe, Edelstein and Glasser. "We were able to find a buyer who was in the process of expanding his portfolio from lower Manhattan to Washington Heights," said Glasser.
