Oklahoma City, OK Katie Vivian, hotel loan originator at Largo Capital, Inc., secured $10 million in financing for two existing limited-service hotels in OKC, Oklahoma and Brownwood, TX. The loan proceeds were used to acquire the 72-key Hampton Inn (OK) and refinance the debt on the 71-key La Quinta Inn & Suites (TX).
Vivian was able to utilize Largo's network of active hospitality lenders to arrange a five-year, non-recourse, fixed- rate loan at a competitive interest rate.
