This upstate office allows KP to provide its full service construction and real estate law services to its clients across the State of New York. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : We successfully represented a subcontractor lienor in an appeal to the Third Department. Our client's Lien Law trust diversion claim was reinstated by the Appellate Division and the Court allowed the simultaneous prosecution of the trust diversion claim and a mechanic's lien foreclosure claim. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : Commercial real estate will likely continue to struggle on Long Island in 2013. However, potential post-Sandy infrastructure improvements (sewers?) could fuel growth.
